Not all powder coatings go on as a powder. Dispersion coatings go on as a liquid spray. The delivery medium (usually low or zero volatile) flashes off to produce an even coating of microscopic plastic beads. Then in the curing oven with exact control of oven and surface temperature, the plastic alloy fuses into itself and into the prepared surface structure.

Removed and cooled, the coating has fully developed its properties.

CME oven has wheeled loading racks so the next pre loaded batch can be rapidly exchanged for best throughput and minimal energy loss. Controls are simple and calibrated to read the critical part surface so coating process results are precise and consistant. Fusion is thus fully developed and coating properties never get heat damaged.
